Nitrogen

Nitrogen is used in pressurization, purging and inerting in the petrochemical industry. The food and beverage industry also requires significant quantities of liquid and gaseous Nitrogen for its food processing applications.

In its liquid form, Nitrogen is used in rapid cooling and storage of biological material, cryosurgery and cryogenically grind plastics and rubbers.

Oxygen

Huge volumes of industrial grade Oxygen is used to increase efficiency in a number of processes by reducing the amount of fuel used and decreasing Carbon Dioxide emissions in the Chemical, Oil and Gas industries.

Oxygen is commonly used in metal fabrication applications such as smelting, cutting and welding.

Argon

Argon is used as a protective atmosphere for a large number of industrial processes, including steel manufacturing, welding and metal fabrication, electronics, food preservation and winemaking.

Argon is commonly used in fluorescent lighting applications and serves as a non-reactive thermal blanket in double glazed windows.

  • Skid Tank

    Skid tank is an all-in-one compact air gas cryogenic vessel with an integrated storage and supply system.
    Our skid tank fits in the customer profile with high pallet usage at a fixed gas usage point. Skid tank varies in different sizes from 1,000 to 5,000 litres depending on customers’ consumption frequency. It is available for air gases (Nitrogen, Oxygen and Argon). With the utilization of an ORCA truck for liquid delivery, Air Liquide is able to deliver the liquid safely, conveniently and effectively without product loss to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

  • Vacuum Insulated Evaporators (VIE)

    Vacuum Insulated Evaporators (VIE) are cryogenic storage tanks, which are designed primarily for the
    storage and distribution of liquefied gases, particularly Argon, Carbon Dioxide, Nitrogen and Oxygen. It is a
    compact, self-contained automatic system which serves as a central supply of gas into a customer’s piping system.

    Gases are stored at our production facilities in liquid phase and delivered directly to our customer through an insulated cryogenic tanker. The product can either be withdrawn as a liquid or vaporized into the local distribution system in its gaseous form. The tank sizing depends on the consumption pattern and schedules.

  • Tube Trailer Supply

    Tube trailers are used to transport bulk gases such as Helium and Hydrogen compressed in high pressure in a long tube. It typically consists of long tubes arranged on trailers for distribution. The capacity of tube trailers ranges from 2,000m3 o 10,000m3. The supply mode provides a high-pressure trailer with swapping at customer sites. In less frequent cases, stationary storage can be installed and filled by tube trailers at customer sites.
